Parameters

row: Row index.
rowData: The buffer to read data into.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException	Thrown if row is less than 0 or row is more or equal than the image height or rowData does not have enough space for storing the data.
System.ArgumentNullException	Thrown if rowData is null.
